In any case refund is offered it will be credited in bank account within 3-6 business days days

3. Advance Payments & Deposits

• Any advance payments or deposits made to initiate a project are non-refundable.

• If a client chooses to cancel the project before it begins, only at the sole discretion of hbajaj.com, a partial refund (if any) may be considered.

4. Service Issues

If you face any issues with the services provided, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will make every effort to resolve the issue through revisions or support. Refunds will be provided only if:

• The service was not delivered at all, or

• The scope of work agreed upon was not initiated.

Payments made for third-party tools, software, or subscriptions (such as CRMs, marketing tools, hosting, etc.) are non-refundable, as they are governed by the policies of the respective third-party providers.
